Our Hiroshima Okonomiyaki is characterized by using a unique blend of fish meal such as horse mackerel, sardine, bonito, and kelp, as well as seasoning the raw noodles with an original soup made from pork bone broth, soy sauce, and other ingredients. The gentle sweetness of Otafuku sauce and slightly salty noodles go perfectly together.The noodles are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We are also particular about the cabbage, and we carefully grill it to ensure its texture, changing the way it is cut depending on its firmness to make it crunchy.
