The chef is Kazunori Takayama. From the age of 15, he trained at a famous restaurant for seven years, and after working as a head chef at a hotel in the prefecture, he became independent. We opened [Japanese Cuisine Takayama] in 2010. Additionally, in 2011, he served as the chairman of the Western Japan Cooking Research Association. Based on carefully selected seasonal ingredients, Mr. Takayama delivers finely-honed Japanese Cuisine that appeals to all five senses. We create dishes with the unwavering belief that we want people to be happy.

Enjoy Japanese Cuisine made with fresh ingredients from Hiroshima Prefecture. Mr. Takayama's biggest concern when it comes to cooking is the "ingredients." With a strict philosophy of ``use only what is available that day,'' we purchase only what is needed and always deliver new products to our customers. Our uncompromising attitude of ``Everything we do is for our customers to enjoy delicious food'' creates a number of outstanding products. Please come and enjoy the dishes that capture the hearts of many customers.

Our courses use only new ingredients purchased each day. This is a completely reserved course that is left to the owner. The courses, which are limited to one group per day, are available for 10,000 yen and 12,000 yen. Mr. Takayama's mind is filled with specialties and specialties from all over Japan, and he plans a menu that takes full advantage of the location of the Setouchi Inland Sea. We also recommend alcoholic beverages that go well with the dishes, so why not try them out with us?
