平素は、格別のご愛願を賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。
この度、誠に勝手ながら　“café Uusi”　は、2014.7/23(水)より、しばらくの間、休業させて頂きますことを、お知らせ申し上げます。（なお詳細な休業期間は現時点で未定です）
本来でしたら今までご来店頂いた皆様に直接お会いして休業のご報告をしなければならない所存ですが、本当にたくさんの方々にご来店頂いたため熟慮の末、文書でのご報告になってしまいますことお詫び申し上げます。

今回の休業の決断は、決してネガティブな決断とは考えておりません。
お店を切り盛りする中で私達は「もっとあんな風にできたら、こんなことをしたら楽しいんじゃないか」などと空想していました。ただそれを実現させるためには私達がスキルアップをすることが必要なのではないかと思ったのです。
“Uusi”というお店を、６年余りの期間、営業を続ける事ができましたのは、本当にたくさんのお客様にご来店頂き、お店を盛り上げて頂いたからだと思っています。試行錯誤の毎日でしたが、皆様のおかげで楽しい時間を共有することができました。本当にありがとうございます。

皆様には多大なご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、この決断は次なるステージへのスタートと位置づけ、今度皆様にお会いするときは新生Uusiをお見せすることをお誓い申し上げます。皆様どうぞご期待ください。
