Our Hamburg have four characteristics. ① Grill slowly using charcoal and firewood. ② We use aged meat that brings out its deliciousness. ③We grind whole meat in-house using a super coarse grinder. ④We are particular about our original homemade sauce and serve it on a piping hot iron plate! At our restaurant, you'll find delicious meat that you've never experienced before. Sizes are available in M and L sizes.
