Food Mizusawa Udon, which is famous for its wheat flour aroma, uses homemade noodles!
Mizusawa udon is said to have been served at Mizusawa Temple (Mizusawa Kannon) before the Edo period. It is characterized by transparent noodles with a slightly creamy color after being boiled. The noodles we use at our restaurant are high-quality homemade noodles made using only ``Mizusawa water,'' ``flour,'' and ``salt.'' Enjoy the smooth and chewy noodles with sauce or soup. The sauces you can choose from are ``soy sauce sauce,'' ``sesame walnut sauce,'' ``nishiki sauce,'' and ``Tandan meat miso.''

We also offer a variety of Tempura that you can enjoy with your delicious udon noodles. The signature menu items ``Suikoen Tenzaru Udon (1,450 yen)'', ``Suikoen Tenkake Udon (1,450 yen)'', and ``Suikoen Tenkamaage Udon (1,500 yen)'' are available depending on the season and stock.
