Our proud ``beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'' is made with fresh ``raw offals'' from Gunma Prefecture. The soup is our original rich soup made with chicken bones slowly simmered to concentrate the flavor. Super fresh beef offal, special raw meatballs, and plenty of local vegetables. The soup is full of flavor and can be enjoyed with rice porridge, noodles, etc. until the end. Enjoy the hot pot that will warm your body and soul☆
