Three-stage aged noodles are made by adding water, letting the noodles rest, stretching the noodles, letting them rest again, and cutting the noodles and letting them rest again. By taking the time to slowly bring out the aroma and chewy texture of the flour, we achieved the perfect texture by blending six types of flour.

The interior is clean and modern, not typical of a Ramen restaurant, and is a space that even women can easily enter by themselves. The restaurant is loved by men and women of all ages, with not only a counter but also table seats that are friendly to the elderly and children. You can feel that no compromises have been made not only in Ramen but also in the special atmosphere.
