Bono Pork Gifu, the pork used in the famous shabu shabu, is produced by three farmers in Gifu Prefecture, located in Mizunami City, Yamagata City, and Ibigawa Town. Because Hanamaru's staff goes directly to purchase the meat every day, we are able to always provide fresh and delicious Bono pork Gifu shabu shabu to our customers, with the sweetness and flavor of the meat being exquisite.
