At our restaurant, you can enjoy Gifu's proud Hida beef and local chicken in courses or a la carte. Hida beef is served in `` shabu shabu'' and `` Steak,'' dishes that bring out the natural flavor of the meat to the fullest, as well as Hida's Local Cuisine ``hoha misoyaki.'' We recommend ``chicken sashimi'' or `` Grilled skewer'' for our local chicken, which is known for its freshness. We also offer Gifu's famous sakes such as ``Mino Tengu'' made with 100% rice from Gifu Prefecture, and ``Tenryo Junmai Daiginjo Gifu Kyuzo'' made with Hidahomare, a sake-brewing rice from Gifu Prefecture.
