Our restaurant offers carefully selected fresh and delicious meat! The famous Tonchan is a must-try! We offer a variety of seasonings, including a secret miso sauce that has been passed down from generation to generation, salt blended using a special method, and soy sauce blended to match the meat.In addition, we offer fresh internal organs such as liver, heart, and kobukuro. Also recommended! Of course, we also have standard Yakiniku (Grilled meat) such as skirt steak, short ribs, and misuji. Please try various types of meat according to your taste and mood.

The rice used is Gifu Hatsushimo, which has not been improved since it has large grains and a chewy texture. It is a ``mysterious rice'' that is difficult to cultivate, has a low production volume, is quite rare, and can only be obtained from farmers who have passed it down from generation to generation. We are also particular about our pottery, using Oribe ware, a pottery produced mainly in the Mino region since the Azuchi-Momoyama period. Each plate with its characteristic green and blue weave is hand-finished by a craftsman. Please enjoy our specialties other than meat.
