Approximately 60 years since our establishment, we have inherited the skills and knowledge of our predecessors to provide delicious meat. Hida beef, Omi beef, and Sendai beef are said to be Japan's three major high-quality Wagyu beef. Only the highest quality beef is allowed to call itself Hida Beef. Omi beef has fine-grained meat and sweet fat that melts in your mouth. Sendai beef has juicy meat that is both soft and mellow, born from the natural blessings of Miyagi.
