Our head chef, who is certified by Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Association as a sommelier, carefully selects and uses raw A5 rank premium brand beef, such as Hida beef and Mikawa beef, which are of the highest quality at the time. Also, depending on the part of the meat, cut it into the size and shape that brings out the most flavor. After receiving your order, we season it with our secret sauce. The secret sauce, which is the lifeblood of Yakiniku (Grilled meat), is kept secret. The base soy sauce is also made by Kikyoen, selected from a brewery.

Kikyoen's signature dish is its thick and juicy tongue. Order rate is over 90%. In addition, the limited menu ``Tokujo Tongue'' is made from carefully selected top-quality Cow tongue commonly known as ``Kuro Tongue''. Kikyoen's popular standard menu items include the ``Top Loin,'' made using only carefully selected A5-rank Wagyu sirloin, and the ``Top Harami,'' which is made from Kuroge Wagyu beef that is now difficult to obtain.

The Chinese cabbage kimchi, kakuteki, and oki kimchi are all homemade. Kikyoen's history began with the manufacture and sale of kimchi, so we have absolute confidence in its taste. We are particular about sourcing the vegetables we pickle in our kimchi depending on the season, and we change the origin and altitude each time. We only use carefully selected authentic Korean seasonings for our kimchi.
