Kedo is a famous confectionery named after Kedo Rock in Hyugajinkyo. A unique Japanese-Western fusion manju made with carefully selected strained bean paste, eggs and fresh cream, and a melt-in-your-mouth egg yolk paste wrapped in a crispy skin made with plenty of butter. We also recommend ``Ochaman'', which has a perfect combination of dough and red bean paste mixed with Hoshino matcha. The dough is left to rest for at least a week, and the time after baking creates a moist texture. In addition, please try our most popular cream Cream Puffs which are filled with cream.
