Buying a whole cow is possible only because it is produced by a long-established butcher shop in Kurume. Therefore, it is now possible to taste and compare rare parts of Pork Cutlet like never before. We use Yayoi pork from Hisayama Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, and Hagimutsumi pork from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
