[The man who discovered grilled curry and changed his life drastically] The chef, who is also a vegetable sommelier, traveled to 27 countries around the world to explore flavors and discovered grilled curry. To get to that point, I went on a wandering journey to find myself, and even though I worked for a company, I couldn't find anything rewarding and quit. It was then that he discovered grilled curry, which was exactly the fusion of Asia and Europe that the chef was looking for. When I woke up to that encounter, I started thinking that it was okay to bet my life on grilled curry.
