Various tastes that Kyushu is proud of. We especially recommend fresh seafood delivered directly from the market. Purchasing is done every day without fail. In addition to the [Assorted Fresh Fish Sashimi], we are proud of the [Live Mackerel with Sesame Saba (980 yen)], which uses live mackerel from Nagasaki Prefecture. We are very particular about finishing the food just before opening, rather than preparing it in advance. This freshness and deliciousness is only possible because we spare no effort. The arrangement is beautiful and the appearance is perfect.

Our most popular [local chicken thigh grilled from Miyazaki prefecture] is grilled on high-grade Bincho charcoal and Sakurajima lava plate, giving it a juicy taste. [Chicken Liver Yaki], where you can fully enjoy fresh liver ground in the morning, is served in an exquisite rare-grilled state. [Ash-boshi] is left to rest at a low temperature for 15 hours to bring out its flavor. By ash-drying, excess moisture is removed and the product is odor-free. When baked, the surface becomes crispy and the inside becomes soft. Ingredients grown locally in Kyushu are grilled over charcoal or dried with ash.
