Enjoy Japanese Cuisine that takes advantage of the blessings of Kitakyushu. Using skilled techniques, we use bamboo shoots from Oma, fresh seafood, freshly caught squid and pufferfish, and seasonal vegetables to create exquisite dishes that are gorgeous on the eyes and filled with heart. The creative seasonal kaiseki dishes, made with plenty of local ingredients, are truly exquisite. For courses, we will consult with you over the phone so that we can suggest dishes that suit your needs, preferences, and budget. We have a carefully selected selection of alcoholic beverages, including local sake from around the country, mainly from Fukuoka Prefecture, as well as carefully selected shochu and Japanese whisky. We provide speakers and a projector for post-conference meals (fees apply), and "chanchanko" (traditional Japanese kimono) for longevity celebrations such as the 60th and 70th birthdays. We also have congratulatory calligraphy for celebratory occasions, so please let us know when you make your reservation. We also have baby carriers, so guests with children can feel at ease.
