At Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Ryūen, we have developed a unique aging method using a technology called Techno Energy. Please try our aged meat, which has an increased flavor and crispness using a third aging method different from dry or wet.

In addition to course meals featuring A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu and Fukuoka's oldest branded beef, Chikuho Beef, we also offer plans that meet your needs, including all-you-can-eat options.

A ``grill chef'' will be present only to customers who order the special Japanese beef course (16,500 yen including tax) and the premium course (22,000 yen including tax).

We mainly use Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu, and we offer red meat that has been aged using our unique sub-zero aging method. Please enjoy our branded beef such as Chikuho Beef and Kumamoto Aka Beef,
