Sushi is prepared in such a way as to maximize the flavor of the fish. We season white fish with salt and citrus fruits, squid with yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit), and red fish with boiled soy sauce. The sushi is served as it is. In addition to our regular dishes, we also offer the recommended nigiri of the day. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients and fresh ingredients purchased that day to your heart's content. We also recommend the "selection Course" (11,000 yen) and "selection Nigiri Course" (7,500 yen).

The owner trained at a well-known restaurant in Kurume for 8 years before starting his own business through Norenwake. A talented person who has been demonstrating his skills for 18 years since then. All of the items we create using our experience and sense are exquisite. In addition to sushi, the restaurant also offers Creative Cuisine with unusual flavors. "Kawari-mushi" is a slightly different chawanmushi that is unique to our store. The spicy taste of this dish is seasoned with cheese and gochujang, making it an addictive dish.
