Karaki only offers seasonal selection courses (lunch/dinner, 16,500 yen including tax). The courses, which must be reserved in advance, use only the finest ingredients purchased on the day, such as fresh seafood caught in the Genkai Sea, meat prepared in a way that matches its characteristics, and vegetables grown using healthy cultivation methods.
