Everything from the sauces and dressings to the fond de veau and desserts are handmade, and the ``Grilled Sesher with Herbs'' uses plenty of specially cultivated fresh herbs. The carefully pasteurized ``liver paste'' has a fluffy texture and is highly recommended.
