All of the dishes made with fresh fish that are purchased directly by the owner of the Fukuoka City Central Wholesale Market as a buyer are exquisitely delicious! Recommended dishes include ``Gyorokke,'' a seafood Croquette with coarsely cut ingredients for a rich texture, and ``Hon Shishamo'' from Kushiro, Hokkaido, which is not readily available. We offer domestic shishamo for 250 yen for males and 350 yen for females, regardless of profitability, so please give it a try! The menu changes depending on the stock availability, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you visit.

The large hall with table seats can be reserved for up to 24 people.
