Starting out with a menu focused on wontons, the restaurant has expanded to include seasonal dishes and respond to requests from regular customers, and now serves around 53 different types of noodles. The most popular dish is the "Super Spicy Sour and Sour Noodles," made by dissolving a special hot and sour noodle base made from chili pepper and doubanjiang in the regular noodles.
