A dish unique to our restaurant where you can enjoy the great bluefin squid grown in the rich waters of the Genkai Sea in northwestern Kyushu. Enjoy the soft texture of 5 thinly sliced squid. The combination with the mellow sushi rice made with a unique Sushi vinegar made from three types of vinegar, mainly red vinegar, is exquisite. Enjoy with salt and seasonal citrus fruits to bring out the flavor even more. We also offer both lunch and dinner courses, so you can enjoy it any time of the day or night.

We are particular about the preparation of our nigiri, where you can enjoy carefully selected scallops from Hokkaido. We use homemade dashi stock made from kelp and bonito. Since we have been adding to it since our founding, the flavor of the scallops is concentrated. After lightly pasteurizing, marinate in our special soup stock overnight. Together with the mellow sushi rice, we expertly handle it and serve it with a sweet sauce. At lunch time, only single items are available. For dinner, you can enjoy a course meal.
