Paying homage to Sardinia, the island where our chefs trained, we offer Local Cuisine that can only be enjoyed here in Fukuoka, using seasonal ingredients from Kyushu. Enjoy Local Cuisine that changes with the seasons, such as dishes using Sardinia's specialty, mullet roe, and ravioli ``Cururgiones''.

ワインセラーには、約120種程のワインを取り揃えております。種類は仕入れによって都度変わりますが、基本的にはイタリアのワインをご用意。また、サルデーニャ島のワインも今後充実させていく予定です。その他トスカーナ、マルケ、ピエモンテなどのワインや、オレンジワインなども揃えていきますのでぜひお愉しみください。おすすめなどは、ソムリエの資格を持つオーナーやスタッフまでお気軽にお声がけください。

外観にはサルデーニャの州旗がなびく当店。店内はサルデーニャ島の雰囲気を味わっていただきたいため、絵画を飾るなどこだわりが詰まっています。食器には有田焼や小石原焼き、カトラリーはイタリア製で揃えました。座席にはテーブル席のほか、おすすめのカウンター席に朝倉の家具屋さんでセミオーダーした椅子を配備。大きい造りで、ゆったりとお座りいただけますので、くつろぎながらお食事の時間をお過ごしいただけます。
ChefThe owner, Mr. Takahashi, has studied throughout Italy.
After graduating from a culinary school in Tokyo, the owner, Mr. Takahashi, moved to Italy and spent three years in Sardinia, Sicily, and the Marche region. After training at star Restaurants such as the famous restaurant [Il Rifugio] in Sardinia, I returned to Tokyo. After that, he honed his skills in Italian Cuisine and French cuisine, and moved to Fukuoka, where the restaurant was located before moving. When we closed, we had a desire to return to Tokyo, but because of the connections and relationships we have with the producers, we decided to continue our store in Fukuoka.
