[Kamagiri Udon] is made with homemade noodles made from carefully selected wheat from Itoshima, and the gentle flavor of the soup stock that melts with the flavors of high-quality bonito flakes and kelp. We are particular about the condiments, such as homemade chili peppers made with domestically grown chili peppers and yuzu shichimi, and are committed to creating delicious udon noodles. The specialty is ``Sudachi Kake Udon,'' which has a refreshing aroma of Sudachi. Many customers come from far away just for this, and it's so popular that there are long lines on Saturdays and Sundays.

The owner, who trained at a Japanese-style meal restaurant, has supervised the menu with an eye toward ``udon-mae,'' where you can grab a bite before eating udon. In addition to ready-to-eat dishes such as ``Miso Oden'' and `` Small dish,'' we also offer hearty ``Unzen Ham Cutlet'' and homemade delicacy ``Yuzu Kosho Mentai.'' As a new menu, we will start with course dishes featuring hot pot as the main dish. The "pork shabu-shabu Hot Pot Course" includes pork shabu-shabu + Small dish + oden + udon noodles + glass of beer, and is a great deal at 2,800 yen! "Motsusuki course" is also available for 3,200 yen. The length of stay is set at 2.5 hours, so it can be used by a wide range of people, including friends, colleagues, couples, and families. Courses are served from 4pm, so we recommend an early meal on busy Saturdays and Sundays!
