[3 minutes walk from Nishitetsu Hirao Station] Uses organic and pesticide-free vegetables from Asakura ☆ More than 25 types of sake available...☆
The small, cozy restaurant, renovated from an old house, has a homey atmosphere. We love sake, and we hope that even those who usually drink shochu will try a glass of sake. We will suggest a pairing
...of junmai sake (warmed) to go with the dish. From sashimi to pasta, there is no junmai sake that does not go well with Japanese, Western, or Korean dishes. We offer the perfect junmai sake at the perfect temperature for each dish. We also have fish and meat snacks, as well as fermented snacks (shio koji, miso) that make use of by-products made from sake! There is also a tatami room on the second floor, which is limited to one group per day, so it is perfect for banquets and girls' nights. (6-20 people) *Reservations must be made by 3:00 p.m. two days before the day of use. Only courses are available.
