We mainly use local ingredients, and you can even enjoy fresh fish from trusted fishermen! The ``Tuna Tail Steak'' made with rare parts, the ``Handmade Lamb Gyoza / Dumpling' made with carefully selected ingredients from the skin to the filling, and the ``Cheese Risotto with Oden Broth'' finished with Parmigiano Reggiano imported from Italy are signature menu items that you must try at least once.
