Food Using fresh vegetables from Kyushu and all over the country
At our restaurant, you can enjoy carefully prepared dishes made with fresh vegetables grown in Itoshima. The freshness and richness of the flavor are incomparable! Every day, we received compliments on the deliciousness of our vegetables, which was a bit of a surprise when we first opened. What makes me especially happy is when small children say, ``I was able to eat vegetables that I don't like, and it was delicious!''

Many of our customers say, ``There aren't many restaurants with such a wonderful view in the city!'' We are proud of our courtyard. In the spring, azalea flowers bloom, and from the rainy season to the summer, wind chimes and Katori incense sticks create a beautiful atmosphere. In autumn, the leaves change color and you can enjoy the falling leaves. And the trees are lit up at night when snow is piled up. Even while you wait for your food, you can have a lively conversation with your companion. We also recommend taking a commemorative photo in kimono.

The chicken we use is Kosho-dori, a chicken that originated in Asakura and has soft flesh. Popular dishes include the aromatic charcoal-grilled chicken that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the chicken itself, and the colorful and fluffy rice pot rice with Kosho chicken and seasonal vegetables. For the white rice, we use 24-hour aged Saga Biyori rice, which goes well with clay pots. The food will be cooked after receiving your order, so please order early.
