A popular menu item is ``Samgyeopsal'' made with the special SPF brand pork ``Kirishima Sanroku Pork''! The 1.8cm thick meat is grilled on a stone iron plate until aromatic, then kimchi, garlic, and vegetables are wrapped in perilla leaves and served with homemade spicy miso. The staff will grill the food on the spot, so you can selection to them to make it delicious.The ``Kimchi Rice'' made in the shape of a heart is also an addictive dish.
