Among Fukuoka's specialties, mizutaki (Hot Pot) has the longest history, and Fukuoka's local chicken, Hakata Jidori, is said to be the most delicious among the native breeds in Japan. ) and the umami ingredient inosinic acid, which our grandparents have, and we cross this with plump white Plymouth rock...The only specialty shop in Fukuoka that only uses Hakata Jidori. We want our customers both inside and outside the prefecture to be able to easily enjoy authentic Hot Pot, so we offer the best taste at modest prices...
Food Aun's original "fried udon" and original "chive soy sauce"
For the final touch of Hot Pot! Our fried udon noodles, which are placed in a soup with concentrated flavor and have a chewy texture that absorbs the soup, are our original dish that you won't find at other Hot Pot restaurants! There are many zosui, but I have never seen fried udon! And chive soy sauce goes well with the fried udon. It's a delicious change from the plain ponzu sauce, and it's a hearty meal. The combination of the two makes it a worthwhile meal that you can eat even if you're full!
