美味しいもん たべっまっしょ！が合言葉。女将自ら天然のお魚を毎日仕入れに行き
鹿児島出身の板長が作る 手作りさつま揚げは お変わり必至。
お酒も もちろん 遠くは 高千穂や大分の片田舎（？）の豊後高田まで仕入れに
行ってきます。高千穂の「一睡の夢」（芋焼酎）や 宇佐の「兼八」（麦焼酎）などなど
月替わりの 独断と偏見に満ちた日本酒もお勧め。
