Our `` Sukiyaki'' is made with A4 rank or higher grade Japanese black beef, and we use several types of Kyoto shaved bonito flakes and carefully selected Kyushu soy sauce. The course that comes with Sukiyaki includes homemade mentaiko, kimchi from a long-established famous restaurant, and a luxurious lineup of udon noodles sourced from Sanuki.
