Food The extremely popular ``Ajiso Raku Hakata Mabushi''. Enjoy your favorite flavor.
Our specialty is ``Ajisoraku Hakata Mabushi''. We use ``Mikata Terraced Rice'' for rice. Rice from terraced rice fields made with clean water from melting snow is cooked to a fluffy and gentle flavor. The meat is from Kyushu, and we only use parts that go well with the rice cooked in a clay pot. We are particular about the cooking method, and we use a steam convection oven cooking method that cooks well and does not release moisture from the ingredients, bringing out the flavor of the ingredients. We also have a take-out menu, so please take it as a souvenir for your family.
