Although our udon noodles are thin, they are chewy and go down smoothly. Udon craftsmen carefully prepare the noodles by adjusting the salt and water level while keeping an eye on the weather and temperature, which change daily. The only ingredients are flour, water, and salt. The delicious taste of udon is supported by the painstaking efforts of experienced craftsmen, such as double aging and pressure. Please enjoy the feeling of it going down your throat smoothly and the firm texture.

Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) made with domestically produced beef offal can be ordered individually for just one person♪ There are soy sauce, miso, and mentaiko miso flavors, and we also recommend the course (from two servings) where you can taste and compare soy sauce and miso.◎ Soy sauce flavor uses udon soup as a base, and the mentaiko miso flavor uses mentaiko from our parent company [Hakata Sekiwa].
