ChefNaoki Kajisa (Naoki Kajisa)
Born in Kagoshima Prefecture in 1985. When he was a child, he admired the chefs he saw on TV, and after graduating from high school's culinary arts course, he began his career at French restaurant Midi Soleil in his hometown of Kagoshima under the tutelage of famous French cuisine Kamikakimoto. After that, he honed his skills at Fukuoka's Hotel Greige [Rorchide Blanche] and Furuyu Onsen Onkuri [Seburi]. Since 2019, he has been appointed as the head chef of Leysin d'Or. The high level of awareness and reliable technology that focuses on local production for local consumption in Kyushu attracts visitors.
