``Momobayashi Specialty Dandanmen'' is handmade from the sesame paste used in the soup. By carefully roasting and grinding the white sesame seeds, we brought out the aroma and flavor. Combine with miso that gives you the rich depth of peanut butter, and create a soup with concentrated extracts from chicken, pork bones, and beef. The ingredients are minced Itoshima pork, and bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, and other ingredients are added to make this a specialty dish with a complex flavor that will make you addicted to it. We also recommend the ``Fried rice topped with shark fin'', which uses shark pectoral fins◎
