Kobe beef is said to be one of Japan's three major Wagyu beefs, along with Matsusaka beef and Omi beef. All Kobe beef products are registered under a designated registration system, from the producers including breeding farmers to the sales outlets, and we display membership cards and designation certificates at our store. These are proof that we are authorized to handle Kobe beef.
