Not only are we particular about the ingredients used in Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), such as Asahiki chicken, Amakusa Daio chicken, Aso red beef, and Itoshima pork, but we also stock fish and vegetables that are seasonal. By grilling over binchotan charcoal, we bring out the flavor of the ingredients and serve them to our customers.
