Yakitori skewers are all handmade by craftsmen! We are particular about purchasing domestically produced materials. The ``Hanami chicken'' used for yakitori has a suppressed odor and is characterized by a distinct flavor and texture. Recommended dishes include the chicken fillet skewer, which is grilled rare fillet topped with mentaiko, and the juicy meatballs. In addition, we have everything from Nakasu's classic skin and roses to skewers! All of the seasonings used for yakitori and other dishes are also homemade. Don't miss the juicy offal Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that you can order for just one person!
DrinkKyushu's local sake, purchased according to the season, is perfect for cooking.
We want locals as well as tourists to enjoy Kyushu's alcoholic beverages, so we always have about 7 types of sake and shochu from Kyushu available at all times. We purchase brands that match each season. Of course, there are many other drinks such as draft beer, wine, cocktails, and whiskey that go well with yakitori. We also have mild apple cider vinegar, so please order your favorite drink with your meal.

If you contact us in advance, you can also takeaway the yakitori platter. Courses starting from 5,000 yen are available upon request.
