The Japanese-style "Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" is made with kelp, bonito, and dried sardines, and is made with 100% domestically produced offal. Choose from miso or soy sauce flavor. "Hot Pot" is made with chicken stock that has been boiled for two days, and can be served with homemade ponzu sauce or as is.The light-tasting Hot Pot Ramen can be enjoyed only for lunch.
