Our proud ``eel steamer'' is steamed plump and fluffy. The carefully grilled kabayaki and the rice soaked in a sauce that blends the flavor of the eel are addictive. We purchase rice directly from producers that absorbs the sauce easily and is perfect for steaming. Please enjoy to your heart's content the soft and elegantly flavored eel kabayaki and the simple, flavorful rice soaked in sweet sauce.

We have prepared a full-fledged ``eel shabu course'' including eel cutlet sandwich, hassun, sashimi, kimono soup, and dessert. "Una-shabu" is a beautiful piece of eel that is made thinly by skilled craftsmen and carefully arranged on a large platter. The eel that has been shabu shabu allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients, so please enjoy it with ponzu sauce. It can be used for a variety of occasions, including entertainment, dinner parties, and various banquets.

Among them, we recommend ``Kikubijin,'' a sake that is said to have been loved by the Yanagawa-born poet Hakushu Kitahara. The dry, mellow flavor and deep texture go perfectly with the eel grilled with sweet sauce. Please try it when you are in the area. We also have shochu, beer, fruit wine, cocktails, and more, so please choose your favorite drink.
