The only remaining sake brewery in Hakata [Hakata Hyakunengura]. For the past 150 years, sake has been made with the utmost care, using the tank-shibori method of pouring mash into a sake bag and squeezing it. We have partnered with Hakata Hyakunen Gura to offer our proud sake. We offer sake and sake cocktails that are not available outside of the direct sales store.
