Food Carefully selected ``udon'' and ``dashi soup''
Our carefully selected, stylish udon noodles are made with wheat grown in Fukuoka, and are made with carefully selected thin noodles that have just the right amount of firmness. The soup is made using kelp, mackerel, bonito flakes, and anchovies and is drizzled with a dashi stock made in-house. Please take your time and enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients.
