``A real Ramen can only be made by making Ramen noodles.'' Based on this belief, we started making homemade noodles in 2008. Instead of the traditional thin noodles that have a chewy texture and a powdery feel, we have created a unique noodle that is thin but has a rich aroma of wheat, and has a chewy and supple texture. Considering the crispness and compatibility with the soup, we created it by cutting it slightly flat so that it lifts the soup even more.
