Food About cocotte
"Cocotte" means "pot" in French. In our store, we use cocottes from STAUB, a company born in Alsace, France in 1974. This cocotte has a mechanism that circulates and reduces the moisture in the ingredients and the boiling steam without escaping, which brings out the flavor and aroma of the ingredients to the fullest, resulting in a juicy and high-quality taste. Please enjoy our freshly prepared cocotte dishes.
