懐かしい曲が流れる店内に一歩足を踏み入れると、そこはもう異空間。BGMが、笈瀬（おいせ）の雰囲気を醸し出しています。懐かしさ漂う雰囲気の中、店主こだわりのダシから作られたスープと、それにマッチする麺を使った最高の状態の中華そばが提供されます。ダシは、魚介を中心にさっぱりとした味わいになるように仕上げてあります。カツオは京都から、昆布は北海道から、鳥は地元の丸どりを使用し、肉とガラからとれるエキスが
