Food The original straw-grilled bonito salt tataki
All of Myojinmaru's straw-grilled salt tataki is grilled using straw after the order is placed. Seared bonito is a seared method that allows you to enjoy the most delicious taste of bonito because the skin of the bonito is lightly seared until it becomes crispy, and the bonito is immediately cut into pieces while still hot before the heat reaches the inside. Also, a supporting role that makes the delicious bonito even more delicious is ``sun-dried salt from Kuroshio Town, Kochi Prefecture.'' The deep flavor of sun-dried salt, which is dried using only the heat of the sun and the power of natural wind, brings out the flavor of the bonito.
