This is Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that only uses the small intestines of carefully selected Japanese Wagyu beef, and is only possible at a specialty store. There are four flavors: miso, soy sauce, spicy, and Japanese-style kelp soup stock. If you're thinking, "You have to wait until you can eat Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) after it comes out, and you don't know when it's the best time to eat it..." don't worry. At Tashuu, the offal is plump and the vegetables are crunchy, ready to eat, and delivered to your seat.
