保存料不使用で”明日には固くなる”だんごに”すべて手作り”のあんがたっぷりのおだんごやさん
館山産のお米を粉にせず、そのまま蒸して作る昔ながらの製法で、一般的な丸いおだんごではなく”俵がた”をしており、無添加で”明日には固く”なるので、”本物のおだんご”と言えます。そのたんごの上に、手作りで作られるあんをたっぷりと盛ったおだんご。それが「房州里見だんご」です。 おだんごのあんは、原料の豆をゆでて裏ごしし、炊き上げるところまですべて店内で作られており、これは全国の和菓子屋さんでも1割程度し
